Bookings & Deposits

All bookings are subject to a 30% deposit to secure your appointment.

If a deposit is not received, your booking will not be confirmed and may be offered to another client.
Cancellations & Rescheduling

Deposits are non-refundable.

However, your deposit is transferable to a new booking if at least 48 hours' notice is given for a cancellation or request to reschedule.
Pricing & Payments

All prices shown on our website are a guideline.

We reserve the right to apply an additional charge for the removal of excessive pet hair, vomit, or anything else that requires significant extra time beyond the scope of the booked service. Any potential extra charges will be discussed with you before we proceed.

Full payment is required upon completion of the service and after the vehicle handover.
Mobile Service Conditions

Weather: In the event of bad weather conditions (such as heavy rain, snow, or high winds) that prevent mobile work from being carried out to our high standards, your deposit will be held and your booking will be rescheduled to the next available suitable date.

Electricity: We require access to a safe electricity supply at your chosen location to carry out our work.

Travel: Travel is included free of charge for locations within a 30-minute travel time from our Scarborough base. Any travel time beyond this is chargeable at £20 per hour, covering both ways.
Preparing Your Vehicle

Please ensure all personal items and belongings are removed from your vehicle before we begin our work. While we take the utmost care, we cannot be held responsible for any personal items left inside.
